Temporary Hospital Solution

Mohawk Fine Papers, North America's largest privately-owned manufacturer of fine papers and envelopes, has developed an innovative solution for temporary hospital spaces using Xanita Board.  We're helping the Mohawk team develop this into a lower cost, rapidly deloyable negative air pressure containment room for covid19 patients. BIC team has designed and 3D printed sample quick fit fasteners to speed up assembly. The design has been prototyped using BIC Makerbot, Stratasys and Markforged FDM systems and will be finished using our new Formlabs SLA system.
